This Rooibos ("roy-boss") contains tiny pieces of chocolate chips and is blended with semi sweet hazelnut. This Rooibos blend is great in a latte. South African research on Rooibos has concluded that seven ounces of it contains the following: Iron, Potassium, Calcium, Copper, Zinc, Magnesium, Fluoride, Manganese and Sodium. It is also renowned for its soothing effect on headaches, disturbed sleeping patterns and digestive problems.
