As soon as I tasted this tea, I knew it was true love. Okay, that's somewhat overdramatic, but truthfully I haven't tasted a more satisfying tea in my entire life. I've been drinking tea since 2006, around the time the Sunridge location opened up. First off, the flavour is delicate, yet full-bodied. The taste of cherries really works with green tea. Although it's a little more expensive as tea goes (Class II), the quality certainly outweighs the other deciding factors regarding this tea.
It's also a very 'durable' tea, in the sense that no matter how much you abuse it (varying water temperature, method of preparation, etc.) a good cup of tea still awaits at the end.
Kyoto Lemon is also a tea I recommend.
